SUMMARY:
Head of Sales position available - EE

POSITION INFO:

Position Purpose:

• Lead and manage the sales team, develop and manage sales strategies and performance, build relationships with key decision makers in customer environments and collaborate across the organisation to deliver sustainable performance;

Role Specific Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

• NQF 7 / 8 in Science, Commercial or related field;
• 10 years’ experience in Commercial Sales;
• 8 years’ Management experience;
• 2 years’ Executive Management experience;
• 2 years’ Strategic Management experience;
• Must have knowledge of:
  • Commercial Business Management;
  • Health Care Environment;
• In absence of relevant qualifications, experience in the relevant field and at the relevant level will be considered;
