Head of Sales

POSITION INFO:

Our client specialises in full turnkey display installations to the retail industry. They require your Business Honours Degree plus proven track record (min 5 years) of heading up the sales function within an environment specialising in shopfitting, retail display, manufacturing, building and/or construction. Your exposure to a retail customer base will be a great advantage. Utilise your excellent people management skills and motivational ability to lead and direct the sales team to achieving their targets. Whilst managing the sales team, you will also build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers through partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs. Your exceptional general management skills will be fully applied in this environment that is fully dedicated to providing a superior service.
