Key Performance Areas:

• Completeness and accuracy of sales and market intelligence culminating in a comprehensive Sales, Marketing and Revenue Strategy for the business
• Timeliness and completeness of submission of, and adherence to the annual Revenue budget with segmentation
• Evaluating and developing marketing strategy and marketing plan
• Building brand awareness and positioning
• Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
• Effectively utilises software applications and communication tools that are used to facilitate the collection and cataloguing of market information for the purposes of generating sales leads and bookings
• Effectively manages processes and systems that enable Sales to be generated and guests to be comfortably accommodated to the highest standards of the hotel
• Effectively utilises property management software and tools to monitor the preferences of Hotel Guests and works to produce appropriate Sales and Promotional strategies

Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management / Financial Management
• Extensive Background in Sales and Marketing/ Retail Management
• 5 years of previous experience in overseeing the Sales and Marketing operations of a hospitality / retail environment.
