We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Head of the School of Psychology. This role combines strategic leadership, academic innovation, and people development. Strategic Leadership

• Define and drive the vision, mission, and long-term strategy for the School of Psychology in alignment with Regenesys’ values
• Lead curriculum development, programme expansion, and accreditation initiatives

• Ensure world-class standards in teaching, learning, and assessment
• Develop and deliver innovative psychology programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
• Promote research excellence, securing publications and fostering a culture of knowledge creation

• Recruit, mentor, and lead an outstanding team of academic and support staff
• Cultivate a collaborative environment that prioritises growth, innovation, and student success

• Champion student learning experiences, career pathways, and holistic development
• Support student research, professional practice, and experiential learning opportunities

• Build strong relationships with professional associations, industry partners, and international academic networks
• Represent Regenesys at global forums, advancing the reputation and reach of the School

• Achieve and maintain accreditation standards across all psychology programmes
• Increase student enrolment, retention, and graduation rates year-on-year
• Ensure an average student satisfaction rating in teaching and support services
• Publish and/or facilitate faculty and student publications in peer-reviewed journals annually
• Develop new strategic partnerships with industry or academic institutions per year
• Meet research output targets and secure external funding/grants where applicable
• Deliver faculty performance and development reviews with measurable improvement outcomes
• Contribute to Regenesys’ global visibility through conferences, thought leadership, and media presence

• Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in Psychology or a closely related field
• Proven record of academic leadership and administration in higher education
• Strong portfolio of published research in reputable journals
• Demonstrated success in curriculum design, accreditation, and quality assurance
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and people management skills
