Join a globally trusted financial services provider as our Head of Client Service for the APAC region. You’ll lead and grow a high-performing team of Client Service Executives, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, strategic account expansion, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Growth

• Lead and expand a high-performing APAC client service team
• Align performance, incentives, and training with business and client goals
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver against strategic growth objectives

• Own and enhance relationships with major APAC institutional clients
• Drive engagement through proactive communication and tailored support
• Identify growth opportunities through client insights and market trends

• Streamline workflows to ensure speed, accuracy, and compliance
• Resolve escalations and implement preventative solutions
• Track performance metrics and deliver strategic insights to leadership

• Completed CA(SA) degree.
• Minimum 4 years in financial services with experience consulting to clients or in a client facing environment.
• Proven track record in team leadership, client success, and relationship management
• Solid understanding of asset management and B2B service delivery
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
