Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Business Development
- 5 years’ experience in sports betting, with a strong focus on betting
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth in digital and / or retail channels
- Hands-on experience using data tools and insights to make decisions
- Deep knowledge of soccer betting markets and customer dynamics
- Commercial acumen and strong focus on Customer Centricity and cross functional collaboration

Key Performance Areas:
1. Soccer Strategy Development and Implementation
Develops a comprehensive and sustainable soccer betting performance strategy in alignment with 4Racing’s objectives and goals
- Delivers and implements a soccer-betting strategy within the scheduled time and budget
- Monitors adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements
- Identifies and implements continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data
- Monitors soccer betting trends, competitor activity and player behaviour to identify growth opportunities
2. Soccer Revenue Growth
- Leads the growth / revenue strategy across online and retail channels
- Drives daily revenue performance utilising data analytics and market insights
- Increases the profit margin derived from soccer betting across all channels
- Increases the total income received from soccer betting
- Measures and monitors year-on-year revenue growth
3. Customer Attraction and Retention
- Implements effective new customer / attraction strategies to continuously and sustainable grow the customer base
- Develops unique value propositions to retain and reactivate existing customers
- Develops methodologies to identify, understand / analyse customers’ exit reasons and identifies / implements appropriate turnaround opportunities in response
- Creates opportunities to reward / recognise customer retention and loyalty
4. Digital Optimisation
- Enhances the performance of digital platforms through data-driven optimisation
- Develops and modernises 4Racing’s soccer betting product
- Leverages AI and data to optimise players’ experiences and levels of engagement
- Monitors data quality and integrity
- Monitors and measures the efficiency of campaigns promoting soccer betting i.e. return on marketing investment
5. Stakeholder Management and Reporting
- Compiles and submits reports on market and trend analyses
- Collaborates closely with internal departments (such as digital, retail operations and marketing) to create innovative campaigns to attract and retain bettors
- Acts as 4Racings’ soccer ambassador and inspires teams across the business to ensure the delivery of a world-class soccer product
