Role Overview

The Head of Quality Assurance (QA) will define and execute a forward-thinking QA strategy, driving the shift from reactive testing to proactive, engineering-led quality assurance. This leadership role ensures the reliability, performance, and compliance of high-volume financial systems within a regulated payments environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and evolve the QA/Quality Engineering function, building a culture of ownership and excellence.
Develop a robust automation strategy integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Oversee performance, load, and resilience testing of mission-critical payment platforms.
Ensure full compliance with Visa/Mastercard, PCI DSS, and financial regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to uphold quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years in QA/Quality Engineering, 5+ in senior leadership.
Proven expertise in FinTech, Banking, or Payments (essential).
Strong command of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman).
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
