Role Overview

The Head of Quality Assurance (QA) will define and execute a forward-thinking QA strategy, driving the shift from reactive testing to proactive, engineering-led quality assurance. This leadership role ensures the reliability, performance, and compliance of high-volume financial systems within a regulated payments environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the QA/Quality Engineering function, building a culture of ownership and excellence.
• Develop a robust automation strategy integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee performance, load, and resilience testing of mission-critical payment platforms.
• Ensure full compliance with Visa/Mastercard, PCI DSS, and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to uphold quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years in QA/Quality Engineering, 5+ in senior leadership.
• Proven expertise in FinTech, Banking, or Payments (essential).
• Strong command of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman).
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
