POSITION INFO:
I partner with leading Financial Institutions and high-growth FinTechs scaling across the African continent. These organizations are seeking visionary leaders to drive strategy, growth, and innovation in dynamic, high-impact markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement growth strategies to drive revenue, market share, and customer acquisition
Lead market analysis, competitive intelligence, and opportunity mapping across Africa and global emerging markets
Partner with the executive team to refine business models, evaluate strategic partnerships, and explore new revenue streams
Drive digital product innovation and expansion strategies in line with customer needs and market trends

Job Experience and Skills Required:

8+ years of experience in FinTech, financial services, or digital platforms, with at least 3 years in a senior strategy or growth leadership role
Strong background in corporate strategy, business development, or scaling digital products
Proven ability to deliver sustainable revenue growth and market expansion
Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
