POSITION INFO:

In this role you will be responsible for implementing client journeys aligned with agreed Service Level Agreements

Working closely with delivery channels and distributors you will ensure effective adoption and repeat business

Interacting with key stakeholders you will further safeguard alignment between operations, technology, commercial and finance units

Skills & Experience:

Operational experience

Good interpersonal skills

Customer service orientation

Ability to manage multi-threaded timelines

Desire to work across the continent

Qualification:

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the deployment of software or other programs into the public sector
