SUMMARY:

Seeking a Health & Safety Administrator with 2-4 years of experience to provide essential administrative support to the Health & Safety Manager and maintain the Health & Safety Management System.

POSITION INFO:

Health & Safety Administrator

Reporting to: H&S Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting in ensuring H&SMS tasks and admin work are up to date.
Providing administrative support and managing safety documentation.
Assisting with HSE reports, incident reporting, and waste figures.
Organizing HSE surveys, competitions, and employee campaigns.
Conducting in-house training, inductions, and maintaining stock levels of H&S supplies.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Degree or diploma in administration or related field.
Knowledge of OHS Act, ISO45001, and HIRA is advantageous.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Experience in FMCG environment is advantageous.

Skills Required:

HSE document control, All HSE meeting minutes and action plans, Risk assessments, Organograms, Drafting Toolbox talks, Admin support to H&S Manager
