Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance (QA):
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks on processes and products.
  • Write and update SOPs, collaborate with production teams for issue resolution.
  • Monitor and report on quality performance data.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and policies.
  • Provide training to staff, investigate customer complaints, and conduct audits.
  • Perform sporadic production checks and follow through on HSE improvements.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
  • Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies in line with ISO standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and organize safety drills.
  • Conduct HSE training programs, ensuring the proper use of PPE and safety protocols.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with local and national HSE regulations. Maintain records and permits.
  • Stay updated with fire codes, environmental legislation, and industry practices.
