POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Advance diploma in Hospitality Management.
Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Hotel General Manager.
Strong financial and commercial acumen.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Resilient and proven ability to manage operations in a dynamic environment.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on management style.
Deep understanding of hospitality systems and service standards.
High degree of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
