POSITION INFO:

Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.
Must have 5 – 7 years of experience in hotel management or tourism
Must have experience in managing a similar size (+- 220) beds and hosting conferences.
Must have Food and Beverage Management experience.
Must have knowledge of the OHS Act and the implementation of safety standards.
Must have financial experience.
Must have knowledge of hotel management best practices and data entry software.
Must have working knowledge of relevant legislation.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft packages and relevant booking systems.
Must be willing to work long and irregular hours and have a valid driver’s license.
