Duties:

• Exploration of data sources and implementation of data exploration, pre-processing and data cleansing.
• Evaluation of data quality from data science and business value perspectives.
• Preparation of data for future models and developing statistical machine learning models.
• Timeous and innovative delivery of data insights and reports.
• Translation of data and trends into optimal business decisions.
• Building and automation of user-friendly reporting dashboards.
• Responsible for audit data integrity and establishing processes to improve data quality.
• Able to deliver dynamic flexibility between planned and spontaneous reports.
• Analysis of data to identify trends to improve employee experience.
• Assist in building of analytics data warehouse.
• Managing of various data points and reports within the group whilst keeping aligned to the organizations standards.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar degree

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in building features architected for speed and distribution computing, research, prototyping and development
• Experience within the human resources or human capital function is a MUST!!
• SuccessFactors reporting is a NON NEGOTIABLE
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and advanced analytics and planning skills
• Competent in machine learning and data science to define key features for solutions
• Knowledge and experience of data science domain and machine learning frameworks

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• SuccessFactors reporting

• Equipped with new technologies and methodologies
