A private Hospital in Pretoria seeks a well-qualified and experienced Human Capital Senior to provide expert advice and develop processes in HR.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Degree in HR or related
  • Talent management background - ideally in Nospital or health related industry
  • 5 Years' in establishing process and recruitment and selection roadmaps
  • Strong knowledge in Labour Best practice, BCEA. LRA and SDA
  • Performance management
  • Skills Development
  • People Management
