Our client is looking for a Human Capital Manager with a minimum of 10 years HR management experience to oversee the full HR function within the organisation. We are looking for a strategic thinker that will provide leadership and be responsible for the execution of Human Capital Strategy / functions in the company.

Key Performance Areas include:

Overseeing selection and recruitment
Lead HR administration
Oversee time and attendance
Provide leadership on employee relations
Ensure statutory compliance
Promote organisational development
Payroll management
Lead HR strategy and planning
Endorse training and development
Promote staff wellness
