Our client is looking for a Human Capital Manager with a minimum of 10 years HR management experience to oversee the full HR function within the organisation.  We are looking for a strategic thinker that will provide leadership and be responsible for the execution of Human Capital Strategy / functions in the company.  

Key Performance Areas include:

  • Overseeing selection and recruitment
  • Lead HR administration
  • Oversee time and attendance
  • Provide leadership on employee relations
  • Ensure statutory compliance
  • Promote organisational development
  • Payroll management
  • Lead HR strategy and planning
  • Endorse training and development
  • Promote staff wellness
