Your Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to line management on productivity, employee relations, and organisational effectiveness.
• Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training
• Implement and improve HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive initiatives in workforce planning, employee wellness, and engagement.
• Coordinate employee relations matters including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure legal and procedural compliance across HR activities.
• Lead learning and development initiatives and competency mapping.
• Manage payroll inputs, employee benefits, and HR administrative processes.
• Maintain HR systems, policies, and accurate employee records.
• Contribute to a high-performance culture through data-driven decision-making and reporting.

• A minimum undergraduate qualification in Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent relationship-building, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills.
• Sound administrative, organisational, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• High emotional intelligence and professional discretion.
• Currently in a Senior position.
• Experience in Plastics and Manufacturing.
