SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR functions such as industrial relations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. Your expertise in labour law, conflict resolution, and HR systems will be essential in ensuring fair workplace practices, strong employee relations, and efficient HR operations across the business.

POSITION INFO:
To succeed in this role, you should have 4+ years’ experience, a degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations, along with solid knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills will also be valuable, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels.
