SUMMARY:
Well established company in Nelspruit is looking for a seasoned Human Resource Manager to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
Registered / Accredited with a Professional Body as an HR Generalist or similar
Min 5 Years experience in a progressive Human Resource Management Role (with min 3 years in a supervisory position)
Experience in Labour Relations, Employee Relations, Payroll, Health and Safety, Recruitment and HR Statutory Compliance etc. is required and not negotiable
Candidate will be required to travel from time to time
Candidate will be required to work under pressure and in difficult situations
Preference will be given to a candidate that has experience in Operations supervision / management
Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
Must be computer literate
Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
Traceable work references is not negotiable
