Well established company in Nelspruit is looking for a seasoned Human Resource Manager to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
• Registered / Accredited with a Professional Body as an HR Generalist or similar 
• Min 5 Years experience in a progressive Human Resource Management Role (with min 3 years in a supervisory position) 
• Experience in Labour Relations, Employee Relations, Payroll, Health and Safety, Recruitment and HR Statutory Compliance etc. is required and not negotiable
• Candidate will be required to travel from time to time 
• Candidate will be required to work under pressure and in difficult situations 
• Preference will be given to a candidate that has experience in Operations supervision / management 
• Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English 
• Must be computer literate 
• Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license 
• Traceable work references is not negotiable
