Minimum Requirements:

Relevant HR qualification (Diploma or Degree)

2–5 years’ experience in a similar HR generalist or administrative role

Strong grasp of South African labour legislation, HR policies and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-
Excellent communication and coordination skills
-
High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
-
Advantage: Experience working with teams across multiple remote sites
Key Responsibilites:
-
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
-
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
-
Administer leave and capture attendance/clock-in data weekly
-
Conduct regular audits of employee files for compliance and completeness
-
Collect and record incident reports from operational teams
-
Support training coordination and performance management initiatives
-
Assist in employee wellness and engagement programs
-
Provide frontline support for HR-related queries and day-to-day problem-solving
-
Ensure administrative excellence across all HR functions
