JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, who is a group of companies providing different services in the market, is currently looking to appoint a qualified and experienced Human Resources Officer to head up this department for them in Cape Town.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Ideal candidate would have experience in and be able to do the following:

The candidate needs to be a self-motivated and driven individual with thorough knowledge of all labour legislation, labour consulting, and dispute resolution procedures.
Rebate contracts
Dealing with the Conveyancers or handling property transfers himself/herself / Training will be provided
BEE submissions
SETA submissions
Dealings with SETA to get some of the company's FBA courses accredited
Dealings with the DFFE regarding new recycling regulations
POPI

These are just some of the things that the HR will deal with / full duties will be given to the right candidate.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualified Human Resources Officer
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of labour law and commercial law
Able to work on their own with minimum supervision
Clear Credit and Criminal Record
Own transport and a valid driver's license
