Our client is looking for a Human Resource Practitioner to join their team.

• Implement and monitor the talent strategy within the business unit
• Implement and monitor the Reward strategies effectively in terms of advice and guidance to line managers
• Co-ordinate and facilitate transformation initiatives and behavior change programs successfully
• Update and maintain organization structures and planning in line with requirements and policy
• Developing and driving implementation and execution of the People agenda
• To assist with the facilitation of change management interventions
• Executing and managing sound recruitment and selection practices
• Ensure effective performance management practices are maintained (EPMS)
• Effective participation in and management of the Talent Review process and Career development

Qualifications

• A relevant and recognised tertiary qualification in Human Resources
• At least 5 years’ generalist HR experience
• Sound knowledge of HR practices and procedures
• Proven track record in handling IR related matters
• Proven computer literacy in MS Office Suite & SAP
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently, accurately and well under pressure
• Provide a high standard of customer service to all internal, external customers and work partners
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional demeanor
