Human Resources Business Partner

SUMMARY:
About the Role:
As our Human Resources Business Partner, you'll report directly to the Executive Manager: Human Resources and take the lead in executing our people strategy. You’ll play a key role in workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, and enhancing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

What You’ll Need:

• A B Degree (e.g., BCom or HR Management)

• 4+ years’ HR Business Partner experience in retail

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels

• Strong administrative abilities with keen attention to detail

• Own transport and willingness to travel
