POSITION INFO:

Human Resources Business Partner - 12 months fixed term contract – Medical Scheme - Pretoria

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

ü  Attraction, recruitment and selection of competent and experienced employees

ü  HR Operations support to the organisation 

ü  On-boarding of newly appointed employees

ü  Remuneration, reward and recognition of employees

ü  Governance, administration and reporting on HR matters

ü  Finalisation of the exit process

ü  Management key HR operations projects

ü  Oversight and management of Employee Wellness Initiatives

Qualification requirements are:

ü  At least a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or similar 

ü  At least 3 - 5 years’ work experience in a similar role

ü  Be organised and have good time management skills

ü  Be analytical and have the ability to manage priorities

ü  Have excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

ü  Have the ability to work well as part of a team

ü  Be computer literate on advanced level

ü  Must have advanced Ms Excel Skills and PowerPoint Skills

ü  Be responsible and reliable

ü  Have a diligent work ethic with attention to detail

ü  Self-motivated and pro-active

ü  Have strong negotiation skills

ü  Have resilient pressure management abilities

Desirable:

ü  Understanding of medical schemes industry

ü  Membership or accreditation with a professional body
