Human Resources Business Partner (Fixed Term Contract)

SUMMARY:
8 month Fixed Term Contract.

Our client requires a candidate with a minimum of a National Diploma NQF level 6 or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years' human resources operations experience. 

POSITION INFO:
Overall Purpose of Job:

To support line management in all Human Resources activities encompassing the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a National Diploma in Human Resources Management NQF level 6 or equivalent.
• Degree in Human Sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years'' Human Resources Operations experience. 
• Driver''s license.
• VIP Payroll, Targeted Selection Recruitment methodology, Performance Management, IR, Training and Development, Job Evaluation and Grading.
