SUMMARY:
Purpose of the Role

To provide a hands-on, end-to-end HR service within a multi-site operational environment, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration and legislative compliance. POSITION INFO:
Key requirements Matric and relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources. 5-6 years' generalist HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior HR Officer\/Generalist capacity. Strong practical Industrial Relations experience, including disciplinary processes, grievances, CCMA\/Bargaining Council matters and union of employee representative engagement. Sound knowledge of the BCEA,LRA,Employment Equity and Skills Development requitements. Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training coordination, HR reporting and employee records administration. Working knowledge of payroll processes, remuneration structures and Bargaining Council agreements: MIBCO exposure advantageous. Exposure to memployment Equity, WSP\/ATR, SETA and B-BBEE repoting requirements. Advanced MS Office Skills, Especially Excel; SAGE People 300 experience advantageous Professional, assertive and approachable communicator with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently under pressure. Motor industry, retail, warehousing or multi-site operational environment experience will be advantageous.
