Hospitality Hire SA is recruiting on behalf of a busy corporate hotel in Pretoria. We’re seeking a confident and capable Human Resources Officer to support the full HR function in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is solutions-driven, confident in labour compliance, and passionate about supporting both staff and management in a professional, people-centred way.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Process payroll inputs and manage leave administration
• Support employee relations and disciplinary procedures
• Assist managers with HR policies, guidance, and general support
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and hotel HR standards

Minimum Requirements

• HR qualification (Diploma or Degree)
• 2–3 years’ HR Officer experience in a hotel environment – non-negotiable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Valid South African ID
