Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? We''''''''re looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead and manage our HR function at a strategic and operational level.

In this role, you''''''''ll play a key part in shaping our people strategy — from driving talent development and compliance to supporting employee engagement and leading labour relations. This is a hands-on, impactful position suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding & performance management
Driving training, development, and succession planning initiatives
Overseeing payroll, compensation, and HR reporting
Ensuring compliance with all South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EE, SDA, BBBEE)
Leading CCMA processes and managing bargaining council agreements (BCCEI)
Maintaining and optimising HRIS systems
Supporting employee engagement and retention strategies

What We’re Looking For:

Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field
5+ years'''''''' relevant HR management experience
Solid knowledge of SA labour legislation & proven CCMA exposure
Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) experience is a plus
Proficient in Advanced Excel and HRIS platforms
Strong project management and operational HR capabilities
Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
