POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process, from workforce planning and vacancy management through to selection, reference checks, contracts and onboarding. Oversee employee relations, grievances and disciplinary processes, ensuring procedures are handled fairly and consistently. Manage and oversee the payroll process, including timesheets, leave, overtime, new appointments, transfers, terminations, reconciliations and statutory submissions. Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and personnel files. Monitor employment compliance, including foreign employee work permits and relevant documentation. Coordinate performance management and ensure regular performance reviews are completed. Lead employee induction, orientation, training and development initiatives. Review and maintain job descriptions, organisational structures, policies and procedures in line with current legislation. Promote positive employee relations, staff welfare, communication, morale and engagement. Support management with Human Resources reporting, workforce planning and employee-related matters. Oversee employee benefits and compensation administration, including annual salary and benefits benchmarking.
