SUMMARY:
Responsible for the design, development, analysis, and optimization of hydraulic systems and components for industrial, mining, manufacturing, mobile equipment, or process applications.
BEng or BSc degree and good hydraulics circuit and systems knowledge.
Good knowledge of Hydraulic pumps and motors and integration.
Hydraulic system design and analysis.
Knowledge of hydraulic components and manufacturers.
Hydraulic circuit and P&ID design and interpretation
The role includes system design, calculations, component selection, testing, commissioning, and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

POSITION INFO:
Design hydraulic systems, circuits, and power units according to customer and project requirements. Perform hydraulic calculations including flow, pressure, power, pump sizing, valve selection, and pipe sizing. Develop detailed hydraulic schematics and engineering drawings using CAD software. Select and specify hydraulic components including pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, accumulators, and filtration systems. BEng \/ BSc \/ BTech Mechanical Engineering. 3-8 years' experience in hydraulic system design. Experience with industrial, mining, mobile equipment, or heavy engineering applications. Experience in hydraulic calculations and component selection.
