POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:
This role will see you overseeing the design, development, and support of complex hydraulic systems across multiple projects. You’ll lead a team of skilled engineers and technicians, drive technical excellence, and ensure optimal performance of systems used in demanding environments. Strong leadership, hands-on engineering ability, and a background in mining or industrial hydraulics will set you apart.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Proven experience in hydraulic system design, troubleshooting, and commissioning
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, design, and field service teams
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
