JOB SUMMARY:
We''re looking for ICT Support Engineers in Gauteng, who are fluent in English and IsiZulu, Xhosa or one other South African language/s.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a reputable and global ICT/Telecoms company, is looking to permanently employ South African ICT Support Engineers in the Gauteng region.

Ideal candidates would be fluent in English AND 1-2 other SA languages.

Our client is offering a permanent emploment opportunity with skills development and growth opportunities, nationally and potentially, international.

You will be responsible for:

System Integration project (Extra Low Voltage)
Pre-sales and post sales technical support to customer
SI services technical support: network integration, Integrated wiring, video surveillance, access control, IT room, IDC construction
IT services, Broadcast system, Application integration etc.
Provide consultancy services at customer site with complex requirements
Planning, Designing and Implementing customer networking ICT/ELV project
ICT project management, including planning, scope of work, implementation, cost, risk management and UAT (user acceptance testing), delivery to customer.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Certificates:

Degree in Computer Studies/Electrical Engineering/Telecommunications/related
+3 years working experience in pre-sales technical support and project implementation in system integration/telecoms
LAN, WAN networking technology, computer technology
Vendor (CISCO/HUAWEI/HP)
IT network equipment and solutions
CCNA/CCNP
Documentation skills
Proficiency in writing technical proposal in English
Drawing network diagram in MS Visio, CAD.
