Our client is one of the biggest players in the financial services and insurance industry. They have an exclusive product and services range that gives them an upper hand to meet the consumers needs and wants in the market. They are in the search for a IFRS accountant to join their finance team. The role will be reporting into the financial manager. The required candidate is one that is techically strong in regards to IRFS standards in the financial sector. They should also have a stern personality and a resilient character.

Education:

BCom qualification completed
CA(SA) qualification completed
Completed articles
3-4 years’ post article experience
IFRS 17 experience is a must
Experience insurance or financial services is essential

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Annual financial statements
Reporting
Consolidations
VAT/Tax
Full finance function
