IL Claims Support

Our client, leading in the insurance industry, is looking for a Claims Support Specialist to join their Pretoria team. This candidate is required to validate the consistency of all document received and implement the complaints procedure.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare spreadsheet of policies required and collate all claims for auditors
• Liaise with Branches on audit reviews and dates
• Monitor the claims registers and prepare branch audits documents
• Consolidate branch audits reports
• Compile and analyze all reporting for management relating to claims activities.
• Do payment of all medical reports from the hospital, GP’s and Specialist
• Sharing of documentation with other insurance company on the risk carried
• Book meetings on behalf of Senior Manager
• Compile Management reports
• Compile monthly individual statistics (claims finalized, unclaimed benefits, near loss, incorrect payments, complaints received and fraudulent claims)
• Liaise with Forensic Investigations department on fraudulent claims referred
• Maintain claims drive

Requirements

• Matric
• Diploma: Business Administration
• Reporting experience (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Power BI (advantage)
