Our Client, a Global Investment firm, is seeking an experienced and efficient Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist them in identifying, sourcing, screening and recommending candidates for all positions as well as onboarding new hires across all their Global regions which we operate in.
Main objective of the role is to provide input and ensure that the teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals whilst ensuring that the staffing needs are being met with a long term strategy in mind, devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants, implement end to end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates and build relationships with hiring managers in the business to ensure clear expectations for candidates and the business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- · Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- · Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- · Support the global human resources function by providing candidates across our Regions.
- · Manage end to end candidates recruiting to ensure that the best talent get the job, including planning processes with Hiring Managers in South Africa and global market.
- · Job postings, candidate research, interviews, assessment and reference checks.
- · Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- · Effectively promote the company brand to candidates by providing compelling information about the company strategy, capabilities and value proposition.
- · Ensure that all candidates and hiring managers have a great experience.
- · Research new platforms, new tools and new techniques to reach passive candidates through various resources.
- · Maintain appropriate internal processes and tools necessary to scale recruiting operations.
- · Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- · Schedules interviews: oversees preparation of interview questions and facilitates other hiring and selection materials.
- · Facilitates the interview process: attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- · Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- · Ensures compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- · Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- · Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least five years’ experience proven end-to-end global recruitment life cycle which includes implementing sourcing strategies and being proactive in building talent pools
- Above experience gained within the financial services / investment management / global consulting / related firms
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
