JOB SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Call Center / Cloud Solutions industry is currently seeking a Infrastructure Engineer with a Call Centre background to be based in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town, Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Requirements
  • Comptia A+ and N+ Certification
  • Comptia Server+ or Microsoft Server Certification

Advantageous
  • National Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent Degree/ Diploma
  • Knowledge of Contact Centre Technologies eg. IP PBX, Genesys, Asterisk
  • Comptia Linux+ Certification
  • Comptia Security+ Certification
  • Microsoft SQL Certification
  • LCP - Linux Certified Professional

Experience and Skills Required:
  • VOIP / SIP
  • Network / Diagnostic / Wireshark
  • Windows Clustering
  • Backup and Recovery
  • Internet Information Services (IIS)
  • Windows Servers (2012, 2016 and 2019)
  • Linux (Ubuntu)
  • Helpdesk and SLA Experience (Min 5 years in Corporate or Managed Service Environment)
  • Vmware Vsphere / ESXi
