Our Client in the Call Center / Cloud Solutions industry is currently seeking a Infrastructure Engineer with a Call Centre background to be based in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town, Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements

Comptia A+ and N+ Certification
Comptia Server+ or Microsoft Server Certification

Advantageous

National Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent Degree/ Diploma
Knowledge of Contact Centre Technologies eg. IP PBX, Genesys, Asterisk
Comptia Linux+ Certification
Comptia Security+ Certification
Microsoft SQL Certification
LCP - Linux Certified Professional

Experience and Skills Required:

VOIP / SIP
Network / Diagnostic / Wireshark
Windows Clustering
Backup and Recovery
Internet Information Services (IIS)
Windows Servers (2012, 2016 and 2019)
Linux (Ubuntu)
Helpdesk and SLA Experience (Min 5 years in Corporate or Managed Service Environment)
Vmware Vsphere / ESXi
