SUMMARY:
We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Internal Sales Consultant to support the sales team through efficient order processing, customer liaison, and administrative support. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, preparing accurate quotations, processing sales orders, resolving queries, and supporting Account Managers in growing and maintaining customer relationships.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements / Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12) minimum
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Internal Sales role
Must have stock experience
Strong order processing and quotation experience
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong administrative ability with high attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and within a team
