SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative with experience in the electrical industry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling product inquiries, processing orders, and providing ongoing support to both customers and the sales team. A background in electrical components such as cables, inverters, and generators will be advantageous.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' internal sales experience, preferably in the electrical sector
Good product knowledge – cables, electrical accessories, or related items
Valid driver’s license and own transport
ERP system experience an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
Highly organised with a customer-first attitude
