JOB SUMMARY:
My client is an established wine marketing and trading company in the South African, African, and International wine market. They are looking for an Invoice Clerk at their Wine Call Centre near Somerset West.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling of incoming sales and queries
Attend to customers in a professional and helpful manner
Generate sales invoices and ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
Advise customers with regards to products, which product would be best in order to solve the customers’ problem
Provide quotations and estimates
Attend to relevant admin tasks including upkeep of POD’s, emails, and forwarding of invoices as well as other relevant tasks
Ensure the order is done properly and that the products are priced correctly
Ensure good housekeeping of the work area
Perform any work-related tasks as delegated by superior

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric or equivalent
3 Years experience of processing invoices on an accounts system
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal &written)
Ability to work in a team and independently
Good computer skills are required in Microsoft 365 / Office
Experience with Pastel Evolution will be an advantage, but training can be done internally.
