JOB SUMMARY:
ISO Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Klipriver
Health and Safety/Quality Management process
Compliance management
Generating and maintaining documentation related to various ISO standards including ISO9001, Health and Safety, Quality Management, Risk and Environmental control
Conducting site visits, identifying SWOT and Risk Analysis
Assisting all sites with Internal and External Audits Arranging and hosting training sessions in related areas Obtaining quotations, arranging for inspections, certifications in respect of Compliance
Customer Complaints Management
Liaising with Human Resources for alignment of policies and proceduresu
Implementation of the relevant Policies, Procedures & Memos
Will be required to assist with administrative tasks such as:

Document Control
Scanning, Filing and Saving of Paperwork.
Taking Messages and Communicates with Head of Department on respective issues and concerns raised. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, copiers, and other multimedia instruments.
MS Office Knowledge such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Assist and Complete occasional Ad hoc task given.
