SUMMARY:

ISP / Connectivity - Network Commercial / Pricing Analyst

Based in Johannesburg - A leading and fast-growing telecommunications and connectivity provider is looking for a Network Business Unit Administrator to support the Product Management and Network teams across a range of connectivity services.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded telecoms professional who enjoys working with pricing, margin analysis, and carrier coordination while supporting sales and operational teams.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage connectivity pricing using third-party carrier costs
Support sales teams with pricing reviews and solution alignment
Validate carrier costs vs retail pricing to ensure healthy margins
Perform monthly carrier invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
Track and report on connectivity costs, pricing, and gross profit
Manage customer renewals and review margin performance
Coordinate with carriers, sales teams, and project managers to resolve pricing or commercial queries

Requirements

Experience working within telecommunications, ISP, or connectivity environments
Strong understanding of connectivity products (Fibre, DIA, MPLS, LTE/5G, last-mile services)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, cost modelling)
Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work with multiple carriers and pricing models
