ISP / Connectivity - Network Commercial / Pricing Analyst

Based in Johannesburg

Our client is a leading ISP/MSP and they are looking for a Network Business Unit Administrator to support the Product Management function across all connectivity and related network services. The role is responsible for pricing support, margin analysis, carrier coordination, renewals, reporting, and operational escalations, ensuring accurate pricing, healthy gross margins and smooth delivery across all connectivity providers. This role reports to the Business Unit Manager (Network) and they will require strong analytical skills, advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability and a solid understanding of connectivity products, carrier cost structures, and commercial models. They are a fabulous collaborative team and offer growth and development.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage connectivity pricing using third-party carrier costs
Support sales teams with pricing reviews and solution alignment
Validate carrier costs vs retail pricing to ensure healthy margins
Perform monthly carrier invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
Track and report on connectivity costs, pricing, and gross profit
Manage customer renewals and review margin performance
Coordinate with carriers, sales teams, and project managers to resolve pricing or commercial queries

Requirements

Experience working within telecommunications, ISP, or connectivity environments
Strong understanding of connectivity products (Fibre, DIA, MPLS, LTE/5G, last-mile services)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, cost modelling)
Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work with multiple carriers and pricing models
