Well established Law Firm in Brooklyn is looking for an IT and Network Administrator to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Specification:
- Planning and implementing additions, deletions and major modifications to support infrastructure
- Implementing network security
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the networking infrastructure
- Oversee the administration of the company's network
- Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving and disaster recovery
- Provide expert support where appropriate
- Working with project teams to implement internal systems
- Dealing quickly and effectively with escalated help desk issues and requests
- Dealing with users at all levels and resolve IT-related issues and providing solutions to all client problems as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Ensure SLA on all helpdesk tasks
- Consistently ensuring all IT assets within area of responsibility are effectively maintenance
- Building access control
Requirements:
- 5 Years of IT experience required (non-negotiable)
- Certification required: A+, N+ and MCSE
- Previous experience working in a law firm will be an added advantage
