We are searching for 2  IT Administrators: Wizard Support for an amazing opportunity at Isando, Kempton Park.

Core purpose:To provide Wizard support to the business so as to contribute positively to system and business efficiency. The role requires close engagement and collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

Qualification Required:

  • Matric
  • Valid driverâ??s license

Preferred Qualifications:                 

  • NQF 3 Administrator Qualification
  • Well-developed knowledge of Wizard
  • Broad knowledge of IT systems

Experience Required:

  • 4 yearsâ?? experience using Wizard
  • Experience using Manage Engine call logging system
  • Experience working in an IT related field

Advantageous: 

  • Knowledge of how a call center environment operates
  • Knowledge of Visual Basics
  • Knowledge of IT Desktop support 
Key Accountabilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

Technical Wizard Support

  • Perform printer server resets
  • Set up Wizard Printer configuration 
  • Maintain Wizard Session Manager
  • Assign location codes
  • Provide Bluestone (Wizard emulator) support
  • Conduct Desktop remote support troubleshooting (Wizard)
  • Perform WebwiZ set up and support

Query resolution 

  • Determine nature of query, investigate all avenues and provide best possible solution to requester
  • If unresolved, log with ABG IT or RAC IT Service desk

Wizard Incident reporting

  • Wizard incidents to be logged on ABGâ??s incident logging portal
  • Track progress of query and provide feedback to requester
  • Follow escalation procedures where required

Security Reports

  • Pull, analyze and compile findings in Excel daily
  • Report on outstanding findings to Operations managers daily
  • Provide summary of late replies
  • Analyze responses from Operations managers
  • Compile and submit reports to Operations Management by 15th working day of every month

E-Invoicing

  • Load new applications for e-invoicing as per SLA
  • Amend and delete existing profiles as required
  • Offer training and support on system to internal users

Location Database 

  • Update location specific information e.g., Branch hours, addresses, fuel prices etc.
  • Open and close branches in Wizard

System access

  • Request access to WaND and SMWR via ABG IT Service Desk
  • Set up MDMS users and reset passwords in ARMS
  • Set up and maintain Wizard PINs
  • Log elevated Wizard access requests on ABG IT portal Fleet / SIPP Codes
  • Control SIPP codes in GDS according to ACRISS standards
