JOB SUMMARY:
An Innovative company based in centurion is looking to expand their team and their looking for a IT Application Manager who will manage application portfolio and associated projects and support all core production applications, while managing risk, workload, scope, capacity and budget, the candidate will work closely with technical partners, subject matter experts.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure that the needs of business users are fully addressed, and continuous improvement is being achieved.
Build technical culture around business systems that empahsizes technical and frictionless user experience
Implement and monitor standards around scope management, financial management, service level agreements (SLA), ensure compliance to mitigate risk, increase service/business Impact & reduce costs
Manage application maintenance outsourcing & software contract agreements.
Ensure service delivery meets business standards and objectives
Provide necessary support across all applications
Build and maintain relations with stakeholders, vendors and IT management and provide vision for new applications
Provide project requirements and create system roadmaps and business processes.

Requirements

Relevant qualification in Computer science or any related field
7 + years’ experience in similar managerial roles
Experience in Systems Integration and large ERP/SAP implementations
