SUMMARY:
A dynamic opportunity is available for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Asset Management Coordinator to join an organisation that’s reshaping how businesses manage their tech infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, loves data accuracy, and enjoys collaborating with clients to drive continuous improvement.

POSITION INFO:

You’ll be the link between operations, data systems, and client success; responsible for executing and monitoring a custom-built asset management solutions across multiple stakeholders. From device tracking to lifecycle management, reporting, and audits, you’ll ensure every asset is accounted for and performing within its expected lifecycle

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in IT Asset Management and warehouse processes
ITIL accreditation and strong understanding of asset lifecycle management
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Navision
Comfortable using SQL, relational databases, or middleware tools

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
