As a risk assurance professional, you will play a crucial role in providing clients with an honest and dependable evaluation of their risk landscape and existing controls. Our independent position and assessment capabilities enable us to deliver valuable insights to clients. You will lead assessments and certification services that directly contribute to C-suite discussions and critical business decisions, including compliance, cost, and the quality of our clients' risk management programs. Joining our global network of professionals spanning various industries and locations, you will deliver assessment and certification services that verify compliance and enhance the overall performance of our clients.

As an IT Audit Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Efficiently lead and inspire client engagement teams consisting of individuals with diverse skills and backgrounds, ensuring effective management and motivation.
• Consistently deliver high-quality services to clients while effectively managing their expectations.
• Drive the production of top-notch work within designated timeframes and budget constraints.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed about the progress and expected outcomes.
• Analysing and identifying the key factors influencing solvency ratios and return on equity to optimize clients' capital positions.
• Creating models, documenting processes, and preparing application files.
• Verifying and validating estimation models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Offering audit support for Solvency II and statutory reporting, including conducting sample tests on Life Technical Provisions, IAS 19, and Pension funds.
• Serving as an actuarial expert, providing guidance in various areas such as life and general insurance, investment, corporate finance, risk management, and pensions.
• Nurturing the growth of your team by coaching and mentoring a junior colleague.

• A recognized university degree in accounting, business, information technology, engineering, mathematics or other relevant discipline.

• At least 2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, preferably in a professional services environment or MNC.

• Candidates who possess professional certifications such as:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.
• Willingness to travel on overseas assignment as the need arises.
