Our client a leading chemicals organization based in Johannesburg, is looking for an IT Audit Manager to join their business.

POSITION INFO:

The purpose of the IT Audit Manager role is to ensure the proper execution of the risk based IT audit plan.

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing of chemicals and explosives for various sectors such as mining and construction.

Description

The role of the IT Audit Manager entails, but is not limited to the following.

Manage the IT Audit plan.
Prepare annual IT audit plan.
Quality assurance ofPwC Internal Audit output:
- Audit reports & electronic audit files (working papers).
Performance of ad hoc audit assignments.
External audit liaison.

Profile

The ideal candidate for the IT Audit Manager Role should possess the following:

B Com Hons (Accounting / Informatics).
CIA will be an advantage.
Minimum 6 years Internal audit experience (preferably in the manufacturing / mining sector, preferably mostly IT audit experience).
Minimum 4 years IT Audit Management
IT Governance experience.
Strong data analytics skills.
