Duties:

• Conduct IT audits to evaluate data integrity, IT security, governance, and control processes.
• Perform risk assessments to identify high-risk areas and guide focus.
• Carry out IT security and systems audits, including pre- and post-implementation reviews, vulnerability assessments, and security control evaluations.
• Test and evaluate application and general computing controls.
• Review policies and procedures on change management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and information security.
• Provide guidance on IT risk management, focusing on OS, applications, databases, infrastructure, and security.
• Perform data analytics to support audit objectives.
• Deliver comprehensive internal audit reports, follow up on agreed action plans, and conduct peer reviews.

• Matric ( Grade 12)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing, IT, or related field.
• CISA certification (completed or in progress) is an advantage

• 2-3 years of IT audit experience, preferably in Financial Services or IT security.
• Strong knowledge in OS/applications/databases reviews and network/infrastructure controls.
• Project assurance experience.
• Experience in Cloud Computing.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability with a thorough understanding of IT and business processes.
• Hands-on approach and a comprehensive understanding of internal audit processes and risk concepts.
